Daniel Jones, (AKA Waxy Brown as he is known on his Hit Cannabis Talk Radio Show, “Waxy Brown’s Flower Power Hour”), has a colorful history.
Daniel Jones, (AKA Waxy Brown as he is known on his Hit Cannabis Talk Radio Show, “Waxy Brown’s Flower Power Hour”), has a colorful history.
Daniel served 8 years in the U.S. Navy as a Combat Photojournalist and Intelligence Photographer, after which he did what many Veterans do, he discovered Cannabis and the Grateful Dead.
After several years of enjoying the plant, Daniel was Arrested and charged with Distribution of Cannabis and served 256 days in County Jail while awaiting trial.
Eventually, after serving 5 years of probation, Daniel successfully ran for Rolla City Council and began to advocate for Cannabis decriminalization at his Community level, eventually landing cannabis decriminalization in his Rolla, Mo., even after being ousted from his Council seat for his cannabis felony past.
Now Daniel, AKA Waxy Brown, spends two hours every week on KKID 92,9FM Rolla and a global stream discussing Cannabis topics ranging from Veteran Access to EndoCannabinoid Science, as well as a lot of fun Radio. With 55K Weekly listeners and growing weekly,
Daniel is bringing the cannabis knowledge to the people via the Airwaves.
